The CMF in North Carolina is governed by the Regional CMF Executive Committee which is composed of the following members:

• President
• First vice President, who also serves as Treasurer
• Second Vice President
• Immediate Past President
• Chaplain
• Publicity Chairman
• District Presidents
• Regional Minister with CMF responsibility
• Minority representative if none are among the other officers
