Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.’” Matthew 19:14

Children are treasured and valued members of our community at St. Paul’s. Our hope is that all children feel welcomed, loved and cared for in our community. Therefore, we strive to create intentional opportunities for children to experience God, build friendships, and learn about Jesus and the stories of Scripture. Here are a few of the ways we welcome children on Sundays:

  • Sunday School is offered for all ages from 10:00am - 10:50am on Sunday mornings. The Elementary classes meet in the West Building, and the Middle & High School class meets in the Brown Building. Sunday School is offered during the school year and takes a break during the summer months.

  • Worship & Wonder: During both worship service (9:02 & 11:00), children ages 3 - 8 are invited to Children’s Worship & Wonder, a worship-centered approach to faith formation. In Worship & Wonder, children have the opportunity to deepen their relationship with God through storytelling, ritual and fellowship. This program is a kid-favorite at St. Paul’s! Worship & Wonder takes a break in July & August.

  • Youth Group: During the school year, K - 12 children and youth have the opportunity to participate in St. Paul’s Youth Group! Our youth group gatherings often include sharing a meal, team-building activities and games, local service projects, opportunities to participate in youth handbells and children’s choir, and more! Our youth are also encouraged to participate in Sunday worship, from serving at the communion table and carrying the light of Christ in the Sanctuary, to participating in the annual Christmas Pageant and Youth Sunday worship service.

  • St. Paul’s Nursery is open Sunday mornings from 8:45am - 12:15pm. Your child’s safety is our top priority and that is why all of our nursery staff have passed background checks and are certified in Pediatric First Aid & CPR.
